Cabrillo Medical Center is a 32,000-square-foot, Class A, medical office condominium project. When purchased, the site contained two small retail strip centers that had fallen into disrepair. Fenway oversaw the ground-up development of the project including zoning changes, architectural design, and construction of the three-story building and subterranean parking garage. The building was completed in May 2007 and all 28 units were sold by mid-2013.
