With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate development and construction, Mike Jensen has played an instrumental role in successfully delivering numerous projects for our investors.

At Fenway, Mike oversees the entire development and construction process, ensuring that projects are designed and delivered in line with their respective business plans. He has a proven track record of managing complex projects, including due diligence, design, entitlement, construction, lease-up and disposition.

Prior to joining Fenway Capital Advisors, Mike worked as a Construction Manager in the Bay Area at Blake Griggs Properties where he developed mixed-use, multifamily, and retail projects.

With his extensive experience and industry knowledge, Mike brings invaluable insights to our team and is committed to delivering exceptional results for our investors.

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington and Lee University and is an active member of the National Association on Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
