Michael Mistry joined Fenway Capital Advisors in 2025 and plays a key role in underwriting, financial modeling, and evaluating new investment opportunities, while also supporting asset management, dispositions, and the sourcing of strategic acquisitions.

Prior to joining Fenway, Mr. Mistry was an analyst at Link Logistics, Blackstone’s industrial portfolio company, where he contributed to more than $4 billion in nationwide real estate transactions. His work covered the full investment lifecycle, including underwriting, due diligence, transaction structuring, portfolio strategy, and asset management across industrial, office, and multifamily assets. During his time at Link, he was actively involved in both large-scale portfolio transactions and individual asset sales, gaining broad exposure to complex deal execution and market dynamics across multiple regions of the U.S.

Michael graduated summa cum laude in two and a half years from the University of Texas at Dallas with a B.S. in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate Investment Management, where he also served as President of the Real Estate Club.
