Gina Tecca is the in-house architectural designer at Fenway Capital Advisors. She primarily works on space plan designs for our properties by meeting with tenants to improve their current or prospective space and reimagines vacant space to maximize quality and efficiency. She is also involved in the interior design process. Gina graduated from Clemson University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Architecture and a minor in Psychology. Prior to graduating, she worked at Fenway Capital Advisors as an intern and has since joined the team full time.
